The position

Job description

We’re looking for a Community Manager to manage and engage our online communities on our community platform.

👉 About the job:

  1. Manage our beauty, fashion, DIY, Tech (and more) communities who help other visitors online
  2. Own & find strategies to boost key community KPIs (retention, engagement & acquisition)
  3. Work closely with our Product team to spot improvements and bugs on our community platform and prioritize new features

🔧 Existing Tech Stack:

  • TokyWoky’s community platform
  • Mixpanel or similar to analyze user data
  • Sendgrid for email campaigns

You’ll be directly reporting to Quentin, our CEO, and working with our Product and Customer Success teams.


Preferred experience

🎓 We’re looking for a candidate with:

  • Min. 1 year experience in Community Managament
  • Bachelor degree and up
  • Good English skills (must be confortable talking to )
  • Good communication skills & a great deal of empathy
