Job Description & Environment:
We’re looking for a talented Business Development Associate to join Tilak and help us build the future of digital medicine. Together with the Head of Business Development & Partnerships, you will
be instrumental to developing the potential of our technologies and products dedicated to combat visual impairment worldwide.
As Business Development Associate, you will be a key person to link the business objectives with the internal operations, and make sure to provide the right level of information to the Marketing, Product, Medical, Quality and Regulatory teams.

Within this framework, your main tasks will include:

• Assist the Head of BD & Partnerships in preparing meetings with potential partners & clients
• Manage daily operations with partners in Europe and the US including Q&A, invoicing and coordination
• Liaise with the Customer Success Manager and the Project Managers to coordinate the sales cycle with the production cycle
• Source potential pharma, medtech and digital partners for various business verticals
• Help Establish interoperability partnerships with Electronic Medical Records softwares and other digital services
• Work collaboratively with the different areas of the organization that have ownership and impact around current and potential new business lines
• Pilot the real-world tests of our new product, OdySight Care

• Education in a top university or business school
• 1+ years of work experience in a challenging role i.e. in sales, business development, management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or any role with a strong client/partner/external exposure
• Proven capability to build projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-starter spirit, enjoying autonomy and responsibilities
• Strong ability to structure your thinking
• Address problems with a positive, creative, collaborative approach
• Strong methodical and organisational skills; ability to identify problems, research issues, and provide options for resolution to the team
• You have a genuine personality with great people and networking skills.

• Mastery in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• You have excellent writing and speaking skills in French and English, any other language is a plus.
• Experience in the pharma and medical device is a plus
• Experience with digital products is a big plus


Recruitment process

If successful, we will then ask you to complete a test within 3 days related to the kind of topics you may encounter during your apprenticeship.
