What you will do: 

  • Provide support to the Sales Operations Manager in the daily management of the sales operations activities
  • Assist in the sales team target setting and compensation routines, and associated projects
  • Participate in strategic and operational projects across the sales operations function (process implementation and/or improvement, execution, monitoring) as well and ad hoc assignments
  • Collaborate with the Italy & DACH teams and the central team to ensure alignment, consistency, and seamless execution of operations
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations for weekly, monthly and quarterly business meetings

Who you are:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Management or a related field
  • A detail-oriented, data-driven individual with a strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Problem-solving mindset and curiosity to understand how things work
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive, with the ability to demonstrate autonomy and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Genuine interest in the food and restaurant industry
