Through TheFork (website and application), as well as through TripAdvisor, users can easily select a restaurant according to preference criteria (such as the localisation, type of cuisine, restaurant type and average price), consult user reviews, check real-time availability and instantly book online. From the restaurants’ side, TheFork provides them with a software solution, TheFork Manager, which enables restaurants to optimize reservations management, streamline operations and ultimately improve service and revenues.

What are your missions?

TheForks recruit his next Manager « Trainers » in charge of officer, animate and motivate the « Training » Team based in Italy & France. Our team is composed of 14 trainers & Team Leaders who are the restaurants & internal team’s point of contact for every topics related to TheFork Manager, our management tool we propose to our partners.

Team Management :

  • Bring your expertise, dynamism, charism and leadership to achieve your targets
  • Help your team to power up by coaching, training and stimulating them (weekly meetings, personalized follow up, team incentive)
  • Collaborate and interact regularly with other local teams (trainers, marketers, hunters, managers ...) to ensure methods alignment, good practices sharing and respect of common rules
  • Be proactive in the creation of internal processes and ensure the effectiveness of operational implementation
  • Participate to HR process (recruitment, annual interview,…)
  • Be an example for the team, by doing trainings when it’s needed, in order to always be close from the field and be connected with the reality of the team

Implement a plan of continuous training

  • Define the target of this training plan
  • Implement it operationally
  • Drive the trainings (content, support, rhythm)

Collaboration with Product & Central Teams

  • Collaborate on a daily basis with Central & local teams (Sales, AM, Product, Marketing etc.)
  • Gather all the feedback coming from the field
  • Organize & participate to regular meetings with the Product Team

Who you are?

  • You have managerial experience of at least 2 years, preferably in a tourism, hotel or restaurant actor (priority management, decision-making, listening)
  • You are fluent in English and you already worked in an international environment
  • You are result oriented, and have a sales profile, you demonstrate leadership skills
  • You are Analytical & Autonomous
  • You are a master of the Pack Office Window
  • A strong knowledge of Salesforce would be a real plus
