Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of the Role
This is a greenfield opportunity to join at the “ground floor” of a multi-billion-dollar growth strategy. You will play a pivotal role as a strategic leader in driving an exciting new growth initiative within TCS. Lead the Geographic S/4 Growth Strategy across key markets (UK & Ireland, Germany, France, Benelux, etc.).
Expectations from the Role
Growth – contribute within Geo or Industry, to >35% YoY growth rate in SAP S/4 project services
Develop Industry-specific S/4 story(ies) to be leveraged on target clients (analysis of industry, challenges and complications, task or job to be done, and how TCS is best to address the challenge including our proven results (client cases, analysts)
Work with account teams to target client opportunities (early engagement) and to engage with client stakeholders to develop their SAP S/4 strategies. Lead these early engagements.
Turn early engagement into 65% win rate on large, strategic and transformational SAP S/4 Programs with TCS prime and leading.
Managing delivery capabilities in line with an agreed budget, headcount and associated service delivery obligations and objectives
Desired Competencies
Must-Have
Minimum 15 years-experience leading the end-to-end SAP ERP customer engagement - from Opportunity identification, to Stakeholder Management, planning and assessment engagements, proposal, design through deployment
Minimum of 8 end to end SAP ERP engagements
Minimum of 4 SAP S/4 engagements
Development and success creating SAP S/4 go-to-market offers, tools and accelerators
Business case development and selling to stakeholders
Proven ability to connect with, partner with SAP
Very deep industry-sector experience, analytical capability, and SAP solution advisory in one Primary industry, 2-3 Secondary industries
Well-rounded, current advisory capability on SAP S/4 (all domains), RISE, and BTP
Ability to deal with ambiguity, problem solve, take ownership
Good-to-Have
Strong influential personality with effective negotiating skills
Ability to shape, adapt and improve processes
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
Financial acumen and budget management experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
