Swan is looking for a Senior Ops Data Analyst to join our Data team. The current team is led by Romain, our VP data, and consists of 9 members with expertise in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering and Data Analytics.
As an Ops Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Ops team, becoming a key partner in both daily operations and strategic initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside the Strategic Account Manager team and our Partners to understand user needs, enhance product performance, and ensure an optimized user experience. Your analytical expertise will play a crucial role in delivering meaningful improvements.
✨ Your mission
Collaborate closely with Ops Team to identify optimization areas that directly impact the growth of our clients.
Write actionable insights and recommendations.
Build reusable data marts and dashboards.
Perform deep dive analysis of each part of our users’ funnel, delivering actionable insights and recommendations that directly impact Swan’s client growth.
Gain adoption and buy-in from Product Managers to implement changes, monitoring project progress and its impact.
Communicate findings and results to key stakeholders.
Actively participate in day-to-day data operations, including generating and maintaining weekly/monthly reports, identifying and addressing data quality issues, answering ad-hoc questions, and prioritizing data requests.
✨ You’re a great match if:
Minimum of 4/5 years of experience in Data Analytics, with a preference for prior involvement in the fintech industry and/or B2B SaaS environments.
Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools.
Preferably, experience in working with Airflow and DBT.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and engage with stakeholders.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
