✨ Your Mission

As a Product Ops at Swan, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Product team. Your mission is to streamline operations, foster collaboration, and ensure the smooth execution of product initiatives.

✨ Main Tasks:

  • Product Development: Lead the establishment and maintenance of robust processes for product development, encompassing design, security and compliance validations, collaboration with the data team, release management, documentation, roadmap creation and communication, and more.

  • User Research: Facilitate user interviews and conduct market research to provide valuable insights to Product Managers.

  • Client Feedback: Enhance the feedback loop by liaising with client-facing teams to refine the feedback process and effectively communicate feature releases and roadmap progress.

  • Internal Communication: Act as a bridge between the product team and other departments at Swan, orchestrating seamless communication and coordinating training initiatives for new product features.

  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to inform product decisions, empowering Product Managers and Designers with actionable insights.

  • Tooling: Manage the adoption and optimization of essential product team tools, including feedback platforms, roadmapping software, data analytics tools, and prototyping software.

  • Training: Play a key role in the onboarding process for new Product Managers and Designers, and provide ongoing training to existing team members on emerging tools and methodologies.

  • Support: Assist in building and maintaining an efficient support process involving the product and tech teams.


Preferred experience

  • You have 2-3 years of experience as Product Operations, Ops Manager, Project Manager in a start-up, scale-up, or another fast-paced work environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven success in building and executing strategies based on your deep knowledge of operations metrics and analytics

  • You are a ‘do-er’ and are not afraid to become very hands-on

  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to communicate with clarity, humility, and precision

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate team members, and drive consensus to achieve common goals

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of product operations, including documentation, testing, and release management

  • Tech-savvy, with a passion for Tech and Product

  • Excellent working abilities in English

  • Experience in a fintech is a plus
