Swan is looking for an IT Technician to join its tech team.

Reporting to Mathieu, our CTO, you will be working with different teams : IT (CTO, VP Security, Software Engineers…), HR (HR Manager, Office Manager…), and many other teams.

As IT Technician at Swan, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve :

• Implementation, maintenance and monitoring of MDM / antivirus solution
• Management of IT equipment and corporate apps (Google Workspace, Notion, G&A apps, sales app…)
• You will work on building an IT equipment inventory and developing a process to accurately track inventory
• You’ll be part of the team managing the employee onboarding and off-boarding including equipment procurement and de-provisioning (laptop, accessories), software access…
• Your role will be to support all the teams in their IT needs, this includes: SaaS tools integration, Level 1 support, hardware / software issues…
• Document IT processes

• 2/3+ years of higher education in IT
• Common knowledge of Operating Systems and applications
• Familiar with Mac OS systems
• A good knowledge of Google Organization administration would be a plus
• A good knowledge of MDM solution (JAMF, Intune, …) or configuration management solution (Puppet, Ansible, …) would be a plus
• Curious, rigorous and autonomous
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player and fun to work with
• Good working abilities in English
