Swan is looking for a Devops to join its tech team of 50+ people, specifically within its DevOps team of 4 people.

The Engineering team is by far the largest at Swan. Swan has a diverse team of engineers from all over the place. Co-building is at the heart of the way we work. We believe in challenging each other. Being frank, but empathetic is the best way to get things done! It’s also more fun.

✨ Your mission

• You will be responsible for building and running highly available and secure platforms that meet the demands of a rapidly growing user base. To accomplish this, you will need to create the necessary tools, such as automation scripts and monitoring systems, that enable you to manage the platforms efficiently.

• You will work closely with the development team to ensure that the applications and deployment processes are rock-solid and reliable.

• You will have the opportunity to solve complex problems in one of the most demanding IT domains, which will require you to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.

• You will be challenged to improve the performance of a system with rapidly growing load, and will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that will keep you engaged and excited about your work every day.

• You will collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement

• You will continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to optimize our systems and processes

✨ You’re a great match if:

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.

• You possess strong knowledge of “Infrastructure as Code” (IaC) tools, such as Terraform.

• You have a good understanding of AWS architecture and services, Kubernetes, and Observability/Alerting tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

• You have experience with CI/CD processes.

• Ideally, you also have a good knowledge of Kafka, Python, Go, and security/encryption best practices.

• You keep up-to-date with technology trends through news and meetups.

• You are proficient in both English and French.
