The position

Job description

As the first hire in the Customer Success organization, you will initially report to the VP Marketing and be the point-person responsible for delivering maximum value to our customers. You’ll act as a bridge between their needs and our sales, product, marketing and growth teams helping to drive company growth and transforming the way companies create and manage content across all devices and channels.

Missions

  • Drive business impact for our customers by building trust and maintaining strong relationships through high-touch communication
  • Use touch-points, such as Quarterly Business Reviews, to learn about their business priorities and guide them on how to best leverage the Strapi platform
  • Discover and evangelize new use cases for the customer, helping them to deepen and expand their usage of the product
  • Simultaneously manage multiple customers who are at different points on the account lifecycle
  • Leading the onboarding process, conduct hands-on trainings on the platform, answer ad hoc business/strategy questions, and share methodologies and insights from your wealth of knowledge
  • Work closely with Strapi’s product, sales, and marketing teams to advocate for your customers and voice their needs in product meetings

Preferred experience

  1. BA/BS degree required. MBA Preferred.
  2. You have 3+ years of direct client management experience, ideally in a Customer Success, Account Management or Sales role at a B2B technology company
  3. Experience building efficiencies and repeatable processes within your portfolio
  4. You thrive by building long-term relationships and partnering with a range of customers from individual business owners to C-level executives
  5. You are consultative and able to navigate the complexities and needs of clients across industry, size, and lifecycle
  6. Proven experience in successfully coordinating internally across many different teams
  7. Demonstrated ability to learn and explain a technical product or concept
