Within Stellantis & YOU, the employability and performance of our employees is one of our priorities. This is why, as soon as they arrive in the Group, whether they are alternating, in DDC or in CDI, they all benefit from an online access accessible on different media (telephone, tablet or computer at home or on site) of a digital training course dedicated to their trade and field of expertise. They are therefore kept informed of developments and changes in their sector of activity. They maintain or obtain specific clearances and train in safety. But not only. They also benefit from a very varied and comprehensive training catalog covering various more general fields such as personal development, ergonomics, management, foreign languages... Each year a Booster learning is set up in all our establishments in order to promote the training activities.
Within Stellantis &YOU, we pay special attention to the integration of young men and girls. Every year, several hundred young employees aged 16 to 25 join the Group. (In 2021 we had 650 alternates in France in our teams). These young people prepare their apprenticeship diplomas or under a professional contract for 12 to 24 months. In total, they account for almost 10% of our total workforce in France.
In 2021 we deployed our second Graduate Program promotion. Open to young graduates of a baccalaureate +5 type school of business, management or engineering. This 19-month program has been designed for these profiles, in order to introduce them to 2-3 different trades over periods ranging from 6 to 9 months, after a month of integration "Discovering the trades". Thanks to this means, 18 candidates join the Group, in CDI and have the opportunity to discover the world of automotive trade in all its facets, after school. Stellantis&You, is the new business name for the Stellantis distribution subsidiary, which was created by the merger between PSA Retail and Motor Village.

The development of the SPOTICAR label is the source of a special need for dedicated business advisors.
The field of sales to individuals as well as professionals (BTOB), new vehicles, or even utility vehicles is not left out as new trades such as the Webseller or the Lead Manager emerge.
These sales teams are expert and totally dedicated to customers and their satisfaction.
In the post-sales period, the profiles of Technician Expert are actively sought out. Indeed, the technological changes and technological changes we are experiencing are forcing us to adapt.
These skilled profiles are rare because they are unknown. Yet they are essential for the organization of an after-sales service and will have to represent in a few years from now almost 70% of our after-sales population. Accessible for example through further training on which we still communicate too little: TEAVA - Technician Expert Automobile After-sales.
The young generation must understand the essential nature of developing their skills in automotive diagnostic technology in order to develop their agility and employability
in the world of the automotive aftermarket of tomorrow.
Videochecker is also a new business in our after-sales services. This allows for better contact and understanding between the customer and the technician.
It explains the actions to be taken on a customer's vehicle through video and oral information.
