The position

Job description

As our Expansion Manager Germany, you will bring our innovative solution to the German market. Working closely with our Co-Founder, you will be responsible for developing our business activities in Germany and for gaining market leadership. You bring sales experience to do what you know best: sign new customers. As our first employee in Germany, you will need a great entrepreneurial mindset to solve new challenges coming up. But rest assured: you will be supported by all our HQ teams to help you deliver your targets.

Main roles and responsibilities

  • Execute go to market strategies
  • Achieve growth and hit ambitious sales targets in Germany
  • Drive strategic sales and outbound initiatives for the German market
  • Identify new customers, target high potential clients and sustainably expand them through strategic relationship management
  • Present and pitch Startup Flow directly to new clients
  • Extend your professional network, attend fairs and tradeshows, travel and close deals
  • Stay involved with new key clients through the sales cycle process and work hand-in-hand with the Customer Success team and across all departments to ensure the best possible experience for our customers
  • Participate in managing and building the German Sales team

Preferred experience

Qualifications and skills

  • German native with great written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a bonus)
  • 2+ years of working experience within the field of business development, sales or strategy at a B2B SaaS high-growth startup, a Enterprise B2B SaaS company, or similar environment
  • Hands-on attitude with a true entrepreneurial problem-solver mindset
  • Exceptional people skills: you can develop strong relationships and communicate with senior level executives naturally
  • Confidence at presenting and negotiating
  • Passion for the tech industry and the world of B2B SaaS, Enterprise software and Innovation
  • Your best team player skills: you trust in the team and bring out the best in them
