The position

Job description

As a Marketing and Communication Assistant working in the Sales & Marketing team, you will take part in various projects, from planning to final production, providing solutions to Stanley Robotics’ growth challenges.

Your Missions :

  • Content: Content creation (articles, videos, white papers…).

  • Digital: You will be in charge of publication planning and writing our social media posts, as well as our content release strategy.

  • Events: Take part in the organisation and implementation of the commercial events at which Stanley Robotics will be present.

  • Productions: Steer the different Stanley productions from the job brief to its realisation and including following-up the production process (print, textile, merchandise, budget…).

  • Internal comms & Happiness: Help with the strategy and the implementation of internal communications (team building, newsletter, Happiness, Slack communication and regular intern events : birthday - afterwork - Christmas party,..)


Preferred experience

We are looking for someone in business school or university equivalent of communication, marketing and having already gotten some experience in the field. You must want meaningful experience in a fast-growing startup. You have a feel for and are drawn to the world of technology and B2B marketing.

Your Profile

  • A well-organised self-starter

  • Creative with good editorial skills

  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

  • Rigorous and flexible

  • With good knowledge of web tools

  • Wanting to experience an entrepreneurial adventure

Recruitment process

  1. Pre-selection telephone interview (approx. 30 minutes)
