The position

Job description

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our Revenue Operations Team.

Your main mission will be to support our users (Marketing, Sales & CS team) in their day-to-day and improve their efficiency through our systems (Salesforce, Salesloft, Modjo, Hubspot, etc...).

Reporting to our Productivity & Systems Lead, you will be joining a new & ambitious team who works together to help build solutions that facilitate Spendesk to operate more effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a first hand experience working with CRM platforms and/or sales engagement platform. Besides your skills, you’re passionate about business technology and eager to develop technical skill in this domain.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain and improve our revenue team’s tools and systems:
  • Own, maintain, and improve our sales engagement solution Salesloft (Improve and maintain cadences, build automations, leverage best practices to improve sales efficiency etc..);
  • Support our Salesforce Experts in their day-to-day administration and their projects to improve Salesforce
  • Support, and improve other tools depending on our projects and needs (Modjo, Gainsight, Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator etc...);
  • Collaborate with Growth and Customer Operations teams to build innovative processes solving key challenges for our business partners
  • As Systems Expert, you will own technical requirements & deliverables
  • Management and creation of workflows to automate manual tasks & processes
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in our tools through dedicated data consistency check routine
  • Enable & train teams on new process and tool changes and own regular updates with them
  • Gather feedback from the local Revenue Ops teams and our end-users to improve and adapt our systems & processes;
  • Stay on top of the Revenue Operations ecosystem (tools, releases, features, best practices etc.)
  • Who we are looking for

  • You care deeply about achieving business outcomes while building scalable and functional technology
  • You have worked experience in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving business needs
  • You have worked with Salesforce and/or Salesloft ; or any other relevant CRM and sales engagement platform.
  • You have a strong interest in developing your knowledge and technical skills around revenue operation tools
  • You have delivered initiatives that required problem-solving skills, project and stakeholdr management
  • You are proactive, rigorous, and have a strong attention to details
  • You can communicate clearly and make complex ideas understandable
  • Fluency in English (as it's our business language).
  • You have a relevant degree in business administration or computer science, and ideally some Salesforce certifications
