Our Journey

Sorare was founded by Nicolas Julia and Adrien Montfort in 2018 in Paris to bring sports fans across the globe closer to the players, teams, and leagues they love.

 Sorare is seeking a People Operations Manager to join the People team. Sorare’s People team plays an essential role across the entire company by delivering the best employee experience to ensure well-being and efficiency at work. 

As a People Operations Manager at Sorare, you will : 

• Manage the Onboarding/Offboarding  process 

• Handle Payroll management and control with external partners primarily in France, and also in the US.  Assess, improve and keep updated the various providers (healthcare, benefits, payroll, visa/mobility..) 

• Handle contract drafting, admin related tasks, and day-to-day employee topics  

• Ensure process optimization in all people activities 

• Provide insights and data through reports related to our employees in order to make the right decisions.

• Train the broader people team/managers/employees groups on tools, programs (BambooHR, Lattice…)

• Various people projects to manage. 

The ideal candidate:

• +6 years of experience in People Ops/Admin-legal/Pay (could be generalist HR if strong part of admin). 

• Big plus if you have compensation & benefits, and/or, mobility/ immigration experience, but it is not mandatory. 

• International experience is required as the scope will cover France & US, so fluency in English & French is required. 

• Great ability to use Excel

• Exceptional project management skills; the candidate should be process oriented and very meticulous. 

• You are a team player who collaborates with empathy and respect

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
