The Role
The role of Brand Partnerships Manager is a new business sales role that is integral to the growth and success of our commercial operations. Reporting to the Head of Brand Partnerships, the role is focused on driving our business forward by building a new pipeline of business with key enterprise brands. Once signed, you will hand over this new business to brilliant colleagues in Account Management and Customer Success, who will onboard, build and execute on the business you have secured, going on to develop and retain the customer for years to come.
The successful candidate will be a go-getter with significant new business sales experience, you might have worked in a field closely aligned to our key customers or in a discipline that mirror what we do for our customers, but for sure you’ll have experience managing multi-brand groups and mid-size to large accounts and will be able demonstrate a proven ability to relentlessly win new customers.
You should have a keen sense of market trends (within both the tech and beauty or FMCG industries) that will help you develop, implement and execute a strong new business strategy for beauty or FMCG within your territory. You have enhanced multitasking abilities, strong negotiation skills and a laser focus on “closing the deal”.

Focus on building new brand relationships in beauty and FMCG in France, Italy and Spain
Identify and actively prospect new brand relationships
Drive exceptional prospecting in your territory, leaving no stone unturned
Maintain and accurately report on the sales pipeline, including the likelihood of closing deals, on a quarterly basis
Develop senior-level relationships across the industry, collaborating with new customers to understand their strategic objectives and ensure we position ourselves to win significant new business
Drive revenue via the development of sales pipeline, pitch presentation, pricing and deal closure
Deliver on agreed sales objectives and revenue targets
Stay up-to-date on the product roadmap and upcoming launches within SoPost, as well as the wider digital media ecosystem in order to identify potential opportunities with new brand partners
Maintain a CRM database of key contacts and prospects
Identify and attend industry events to network and raise SoPost’s profile within the Beauty and FMCG industry, where new business opportunities exist
Essential Skills
We are looking for a self-starter who is organised and able to demonstrate during our interview process the following essential skills:
Working language proficiency in French and Italian and the ability to speak English fluently is mandatory
Proven experience over multiple years in sales within a high-volume deal, B2B sales environment
Experience selling to large portfolio businesses
Proven track record of prospecting and winning business from new accounts and meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strategic, consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs, create meaningful solutions, set expectations and close deals of all sizes
An understanding of the digital media landscape and the competitive marketplace in which we operate
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High competency with presentation software (e.g. Google Slides)
Experience working with CRM software, like HubSpot or SalesForce, is a plus

Desirable Skills
Working language proficiency in Spanish
Preference for working in smaller, collaborative teams
Direct experience working with marketing platforms including social, search, influencer, connected TV, retail media, audio and gaming would be beneficial

Stage 1:

Asher online sales aptitude test.
Stage 3:
(Part 1) You will be asked to complete a pre-interview task.
(Part 2) You will be invited to present your task to members of our Senior Team. This will be followed by a one hour competency based interview with the panel.
Stage 4: A virtual call with our Founder and CEO, Jonny.
