The position

Job description

The Mission :  

You will be managed by the RevOps Lead who has more than 20 years of experience in sales, revenue operations, and entrepreneurship! This internship is a great opportunity to learn in a dynamic digital environment. You will be at the heart of the sales machine, handling the internal operations that actually make it work better! You will:

  • Participate in the creation of documentations about the current processes and roles, to help the sales machine work properly and efficiently
  • Make sure the CRM is filled with the right data every step of the sales cycle
  • Work with the sales representatives and other stakeholders to support the day-to-day operational management of moving transactions through the sales process; starting as leads and eventually converting to customers, 
  • Investigate and control the validity of the booked deals
  • Gather, manipulate and analyse data to help decision making 
  • Manage the revops requests submitted by various stakeholders, 
  • Own and participate in long-term projects aimed at improving internal efficiency or sales rep productivity, and performance 
  • Train and enable sales reps to be more effective in their product knowledge, systems / Tooling use and process, 
  • Build a strong internal network of experts and resources that can help drive effective change

Recruitment Process :  

  • 30-minute call with HR  
  • written exercise
  • 1-hour interview with Rev Ops Manager + HR  
  • 30-minute call with SDR Team Lead 

Important information before applying :   

  • End of studies internship (can be transformed in a permanent contract)   
  • Based in Paris  
  • Open to work remotely (2-3 days/week)

Preferred experience

The ideal candidate

  • You are at the end of your studies (Master’s Degree in Marketing / Sales / Business / Entrepreneurship or Economy)  
  • You have strong analytical and communication skills,  
  • You have an eye for details, and are a fond of data, 
  • You have experience in using a CRM (ex: Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce)  and you love discovering new tools (gong, outreach)
  • A first experience in a support, consulting, or analytical role would be appreciated 
  • You are able to work in English (>C1) and French (at least B2)
