The position

Job description

As Finance and Admin Associate, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations and supporting the structuring of our admin & finance functions. You will work directly with the Chief of Staff and collaborate with external accountants, HR partners, and the broader team.


🛠️ What You’ll Do

📒 Finance & Accounting

  • Automate process on supplier and client invoices

  • Support cashflow tracking and build project-based cashflow reportings

  • Support monthly and annual closings with our accounting partner, build P&L reportings

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

  • Support the CoS on administrative workflows related to the business

📁 Operational Support

  • Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers

  • Follow up on administrative tasks related to suppliers and partnerships

  • Continuously improve internal processes and workflows

🏢 Office Management

  • Be the go-to person for all office-related matters

  • Support in managing equipment (stock, allocation, orders, supplier coordination)


🌍 Strategic Projects You’ll Help Drive

  • Implementation of customer invoicing system

  • Overhaul of payroll and time-tracking systems

  • Setup of project-based cash flow tracking

  • Contribution to the evolution of our financial planning & business model

  • Structuring our Admin/Finance/Controlling function to scale with the company


Preferred experience

  • Master’s degree in Finance / DSCG

  • 2–4 years experience in finance, admin or a similar role

  • Comfortable with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, and financial workflows

  • Organized, reliable, and autonomous — you get things done

  • Curious and eager to improve processes

  • Fluent in English (written/spoken)

  • Bonus: experience with Notion, Google Workspace


Recruitment process

Step 1: Behavioral Interview (30 minutes)
A short conversation with the Chief of Staff or a team member to get to know you, your background, and how you work with others.

Step 2: Technical Home Challenge (~0.5 day of work + 30-minute debrief)
You’ll receive a take-home challenge to complete on your own (about half a day of work). We’ll schedule a 30-minute session to review your solution and discuss your approach.

Step 3: Live Technical Interview (30–45 minutes)
A live session where we’ll go deeper into the home challenge and ask a few more technical questions to better understand how you think and solve problems.

Step 4: Final Interview with the Founders (45 minutes)
A final conversation focused on cultural fit, leadership potential, and alignment with our mission. We’ll also talk about your interests and what motivates you.
