Singulart is growing fast. Our HR/Talent Acquisition team is on the lookout for smart and passionate people to empower artists worldwide!
We are a 6-people team handling all topics related to hiring, training, labor law, admin, office management… All motivated by a spirit of cooperation, we are working together to provide the best experience to the candidates and to our colleagues.

We currently have an open internship for a dynamic and enthusiastic student who will help us recruit future Singularters 🎉
It is a great opportunity to learn how to work as a Recruiter in an art tech scale-up.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it 😊:

  • Identify hiring needs in collaboration with managers
  • Promote job opportunities on various platforms
  • Manage the sourcing of candidates
  • Search and reach out to interesting profiles on Linkedin
  • Conduct online interviews
  • Guide managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Onboard new employees
  • Monitor and report on the recruitment activity
  • Participate in the growth of our employer brand
  • Build strong relationships with our partners : schools, hiring agencies etc.

Also, you will be able to bring new ideas to the table in order to continuously improve our work environment and culture!


Preferred experience

We are looking for a curious and energetic student, eager to learn more about Recruitment and HR.

Currently enrolled in an academic program, you are available for a full-time internship of 6-months.

Having a first experience (previous internships…) in recruitment or business development is a plus.

You are known for your excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
You are fully fluent in English!
