We are an innovative and fast-paced startup, looking for a T&A Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment where adaptability and change are part of daily operations. As we are currently expanding our teams, this internship will give you the opportunity to develop your skills on HR Administration Management & Talent & Acquisition. You will be handling hiring processes, international employees, interns, CDD and CDI contracts.

Job description

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a T&A Manager, you will develop your skills in the following areas:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

    • Assist our Managers on their recruitment needs.

    • Do CV screening and fit interviews.

  • HR Admin:

    • You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Finance & HR on developing your HR Administration skills.

    • Learn how to manage onboarding and offboarding processes and Visa related processes for our international employees.

Preferred experience

  • Bac +3 minimum

Fluency in French and English is a must. Additional languages are an advantage.
