SINGULART is looking for its next amazing HR manager to provide HR support to our international team of 95 employees and help them succeed!
The mission is to define, launch and monitor HR projects on a day-to-day basis, whether related to employment law, payroll, training or compensation & benefits.
In addition to this, you'll need to support the managers who will be helping you to implement this HR policy.
Last but not least: Culture is a very important point at SINGULART. In addition to having an international team based in Paris and a full remote Tech team, you'll need to work with Laura, the Office Manager, to develop this Tech & Art culture!
The Mission
Support employees and managers engagement and day-to-day life at SINGULARTFor example : Help managers to take a step back, facilitate complex situations and answer ad-hoc HR questions from employees
Run main HR processes and initiatives related to learning, talent development, performanceFor example : - Run Talent review process twice a year with Lucca
Be responsible for people operations and social conformityFor example : Handle people operations to make sure everything goes well and on time : Payroll, Trial Period, Notice Period etc...
Help maintain / improve the quality of social relations within the companyFor Example : Be the main point of contact with the CSE : build a constructive communication to bring people matters forward
Continuouly improve HR policies & frameworksFor example : Identify and suggest improvements in HR policies and processes like our Remote Policy
Continuously improve compensation & Benefits, and enable their adjusted perceptionFor example : Support Potential changes compensation & benefits structures
Communicate in English onlyOur International don't speak french so the first language at SINGULART is English
Help hiring the best talents : For example : Provide advice and training to hiring managers
The Skills
You have between 4 - 8 at least experience in HR in an SME, service company or startupYou are fluent in EnglishYou are a solution finder : for you a problem it's a way to create or change a HR processYou are pragmatical : you are fair to all employees when you make a decision thisYou are HR Business Partner : to support everybody you are capable to create a link with founders, managers, CSE and employeesWhy Singulart ?
