About the role

We’re searching for our Head of Ops & Strategy who will focus on lead generation and improving the GTM team process, with the main objective to unlock Shipup’s potential.

As an ExCom member and a strategic & operational leader, you’ll also collaborate actively to shape Shipup’s company strategy.

Here are some of the key responsibilities

  • Lead Shipup Ops department: guide the Ops team toward success, and elevate the potential of each team member within the team.

  • Become a strategic partner of theGTM team: collaborate with the GTM team to refine their strategy, eliminate silos, and establish consistency between teams by defining common KPIs

  • Build a growth machine: with your team, implement the targeting and enrichment workflows, automate the lead generation, and enhance the sales process.

  • Scale sales, marketing and support capabilities: improve and automate Shipup process, fine-tune learning and resource allocation.

  • Cultivate a data culture: collaborate on implementing a semantic layer with the data team and develop a culture KPI-driven decision-making processes.

Preferred experience

You could be a good fit if you have

  • Leadership skills: you can build a strategic vision and know how to inspire your team members. You adapt your communication style to meet the needs of different stakeholders.

  • Process & tools architecture: you know how to turn complexity into simplicity and break down silos to foster collaboration among GTM team.

  • Growth savvy: You are up to date with modern software revenue stack and have at least some low code skills. You find solutions by connecting diverse ideas and concepts. You push for original and new approaches to develop new revenue streams. You have a comprehensive understanding of growth-oriented strategy within the SaaS and/or B2B markets.

  • Operational and result-driven mindset:  you tackle tasks yourself and inspire trust to your coworkers by being highly accountable. 

  • English skills: you are proficient in English to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
