Job description

The job :

  • Ensure the customer journey

  • Meet the challenge of KPIs and targets.

  • Develop our customer database

  • Implement visual merchandising  and organisation of the front and back of the shop following standards and guidelines

Preferred experience

You are a fashion enthusiast, creative, and customer-oriented sales advisor, strong team spirit, and German language skills at a B1 level.

  • Experience in customer service : min. 1 year

  • German and English B1 (Must)
