You will join the adventure from the beginning, and you will contribute to the growth of the company in Europe. You will work in a multicultural company & offices (job based in the city center of Paris). As a Product Owner & CRM Dynamics 365 assistant, you will assist the co-founder to develop and improve B2B tools including: B2B website & CRM Dynamics 365 to improve performance of Sales Team.

As such, you will conduct the following workstreams:

1. CRM Dynamics 365

• CRM configuration: developing new fields in lead, account, opportunity, order or even invoice section

• Develop new features in CRM to improve Sales Performance : quote & invoice automatization, integrate IA inside the CRM and scrapping tool to save time to time and improve conversion rate of sales team

• Develop tracking tool for your manager using Power BI, power automate flows & more data tools

• Creating new e-mail templates and sequences in CRM

1. Product owner:

You will be the contact point between your manager and the developpers team (outside the company) to make sure to develop new features and release them correctly while respecting the roadmap of the company.

1. IA automation:

You will work on new automation projects based on IA and external tools to link them with CRM to improve Sales Team performance.

1. B2B Website

Work on B2B website design new version

• You already worked on CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365

• You have some notions about coding (.Net, C#) and/or already worked with a team of developers

• You love reviewing and analyzing sites in the areas that can be improved and optimized

• You have experience in collaborating, presenting, and reporting to/with team members

• You speak English fluently, French is a plus
