The position

Job description

You will work in a multicultural company (job based in the city center of Paris). As a Right-Hand CEO, you will be in charge of assisting the co-CEO Maxence on various subjects: Finance, Admin, Purchases, Logistics, Customer Success of B2B, follow-up of all B2B contracts etc. As such, you will conduct the following workstreams:

  • Operations: Assisting the co-CEO in all operational aspects

  • Admin & Finance: Helping the set-up of new process in the Admin & Finance Departments

  • Reporting: ensuring the financial and operational follow-up of client data

  • Logistics: Helping the set up of logistics processes

  • Participating to the life and growth of a startup regarding various topics

  • Assisting in analyzing, reviewing and optimizing processes

  • Ensuring everything goes well on the field

Preferred experience

  • You are fond of challenges; you are proactive and ultra-motivated by being invested in an ambitious start-up launch and growth

  • You are analytical: you’re not afraid to translate your ideas into data driven reports

  • Your love reviewing and analyzing processes that can be improved and optimized

  • You speak French in a native level and you are fluent in English
