As PR & Social Media Manager, you will ensure our audience across the German market is informed and excited about our strategy, vision and innovation. You will work closely with our Senior Communications Director, our Social Media Manager, senior executives, PR agencies, and different marketing teams to increase brand awareness, and Share of Voice for Brevo the German market as well as our positioning with industry analysts.
You will be responsible for the development, integration, and implementation of a broad range of public relations activities aligned with the strategic direction and priorities of the organization and its leadership.
As PR & Social Media Manager, you will:
Proactively conceive, lead and execute external communications projects and multi-channel campaigns that align with, articulate and support the company's key messages, business priorities and growth initiatives.Supervise content strategy, social media strategy, editorial plans, storytelling and information for the press in conjunction with senior executives and PR agenciesWrite press releases, social posts, speeches, messages or presentations for senior executives to internal and external audiences through press and analystsSeek and secure media opportunities that will help achieve our goals and align with our business strategy, and prepare talking points, speeches, presentations, and other supporting material as needed, including media training for leadersActively engage, cultivate, and manage press relationships to ensure coverage surrounding executive opinions, as well as enhance the company’s relationships and reputation with the mediaDevelop and participate in brand awareness events, both online and offline, as a spokesperson for the companyEnsure that the tone of voice and the overall story are tailored to the German market and maximally impactful.Monitor the performance and impact of PR strategies on business KPIsWhat will contribute to your success:
Bachelor's degree/Master's a plusYou are German native speaker and based in GermanyYou ideally have an experience in a PR agency and have an active network in Tier 1 German publicationsYou have experience in leading communications strategy while paying close attention to details and managing complex campaignsYou have exceptional interviewing, copywriting and editing skillsYou have effective listening, problem-solving and counseling skillsYou are comfortable in building relationships with reporters, editors and analysts and successfully positioning subject matters with the media to achieve high impact You ideally have an existing network of reporters and a proven track record of publishing in Top Tier German pubsUp-to-date with the latest trends and PR and Social Media best practices, especially in the SaaS industryWhat we offer:
