The position

Job description

The mission of the Sales Engineering & Services team is to help our prospects and customers maximize the adoption of our products.

Your role :

As part of the Solution Engineers (Services) team, you will be involved in :

  • Enhancing the user experience by promoting best practices in product use (Support),

  • Providing technical answers to our users (Professional Services),

  • Advising our customers and key partners (Technical Account Manager),

  • Passing on your technical expertise (deploying, configuring and operating the product) through certified training courses.

Our organization favors frequent interaction with our Product teams, working in tandem with Customer Success Managers and support functions. Your main contacts will be SOC Managers, SOC & CTI Analysts, Integrators, System and Network Administrators.

In order to provide continuous service to our customers, you will be required to take part in on-call duty within the team.

Your missions :

As a Solution Engineer, your missions will be :

  • Guarantee customer satisfaction through a high level of service,

  • Qualify, diagnose and process customers’ technical requirements (Quick Win),

  • Provide technical and/or functional advice on the advanced use of the product and configurations made in the customer’s IS,

  • Diagnose reported bugs to facilitate investigation and resolution by a dedicated team,

  • Participate in internal follow-up to resolve more complex malfunctions, and keep customers informed,

  • Interact with APIs and product databases,

  • Participate in the definition of training plans, supports and Labs adapted to different contexts and user profiles,

  • Lead certified training courses from our catalog (Sekoia.io analyst, Sekoia.io integrator…),

  • Run non-certifying expert-level training workshops for our partners,

  • Participate in the evolution of our public documentation.

📍 The position can be based in Paris, Rennes, or in full remote. Business trips (paid for by the company) can be expected.


Preferred experience

🤩 We are excited to meet you if:

  • You have an engineering degree or a similar degree

  • You have a first experience in cybersecurity, either defensive or offensive

  • You’re curious about new trends and technological developments,

  • You have good teaching skills and excellent interpersonal skills

  • You are familiar with the principles of Windows and Linux system administration, as well as the basics of Python development,

  • You know a few cyber-defense standards (MITRE, NIST, etc.)

  • You are fluent in English. Other languages such as Italian or Spanish is a real plus !

  • Having experience in a SOC / CSIRT / BlueTeam is a plus

  • You are willing to take part in on-call duty (team rotation)
