The position

Job description

The primary purpose of this internship is to significantly enhance employees' engagement to Human Rights by developing comprehensive training programs and fostering a culture of participation and awareness. The training program should combine both e-learning, presential materials and be adapted to specific populations/jobs. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Human Rights principles are deeply embedded within the organizational ecosystem and communicated effectively to both relevant and exposed employees.Responsabilities : While Schneider Electric's Sustainability Academy (an internal platform consolidating learnings related to sustainability topics for Schneider's employees) offers a wide range of courses on environmental topics, there are currently only a couple focused on social issues, including human rights. Within the Group Human Rights team and in collaboration with different internal teams you will:

  • Update Human Rights Content:
    • Assist in updating the Human Rights section on a mandatory training for all Schneider Electric employees, ensuring it clearly explains Human Rights rules and aligns with current standards and practices.
  • Develop Digital Training Path:
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create a digital training path on Human Rights, adapted to exposed populations and that includes basic, intermediary, and advanced levels.
    • Design engaging and interactive training modules using digital tools and platforms.
  • Communication Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a communication plan to promote the training path to specific targeted populations within the organization.
    • Create informative and appealing communication materials (e.g., emails, posters, intranet posts) to raise awareness and encourage participation.
  • Reporting and Feedback:
    • Monitor and report on the deployment of the training program, including the number of employees trained and their feedback.
    • Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the training experience.
  • Workshop Deployment and Digitalization:
    • Support the deployment of Human Rights workshop, ensuring they are effectively digitalized for broader accessibility.
    • Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops, both in-person and online, to engage employees and foster a deeper understanding of Human Rights.
  • Profile sought :
    • You are a master's student (BAC+4/5) from a business school
    • An orientation towards sustainability, innovation, or social aspects is required.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
    • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for training development.
    • Interest in Human Rights and corporate social responsibility.
