About the job

Scaleway is  becoming ever more international, and is increasingly working with the Public Sector, Partners and Mid-size companies. This is why Scaleway is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to centralize and manage commercial growth matters.

You will work in the Sales Department which is managed by the VP of Sales. The team includes Customer Success Managers, Sales Development Representatives, Business Development Representatives, Alliance & Partners and Solution Architects.

The main objective of the Sales Department is to develop existing clients, approach and sign new customers, and increase the company’s revenue.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be in charge of Sales Administration for our Dedicated Servers & Cloud ecosystems. You will be responsible for the management of all sales contracts, administrative tasks related to the Public & Private Sector, Partners and management of unpaid bills. You will play a key role in the administrative structuring of the Sales Department. 

Minimum qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of sales administration
  • Experience in using customer relationship management/CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of international trade
  • Excellent office automation tools skills
  • Ability to analyze and summarize
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of financial and budget management
  • Ability to handle  challenging situations
  • Experience of managing unpaid bills
  • Demonstrated ability to structure
  • Passionate about technology and innovation
  • Responsibilities

  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check order and invoice data accuracy
  • Manage unpaid bills
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Support and help the Sales Department for non-standard projects
  • Define procedures when necessary
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Identify pain points and make suggestions to solve them
  • Lead the structuring of Sales Data including the management of commercial contracts
  • Partner with Finance, Excellence, Business Data Operations and Marketing Teams
  • This position can be either: 

    - Based in our offices in Paris or Lille, partial/full remote is possible (France)
