About the job

The IT Infrastructure is part of the Information Technology department, which is in charge of the information system organization and its evolution regarding the company’s needs and its strategy.

Reporting to the VP IT Infrastructure, you will be in charge of managing the different projects of the IT Tooling and Internal-Services teams. 

You will be responsible for processing the internal teams’ requests regarding new IT Service and Software implementations, prioritizing and monitoring each task delivery, and animating the organization of the team. You will play a key part in the internal user experience at Scaleway.

Minimum qualifications

  • Ability to manage projects requiring strong technical skills
  • Experience with IT project management (Software, SaaS Deployment, Third parties, Infrastructure deployments and migrations)
  • Very good command of English

    • Preferred qualifications

  • Good communication skills for cross-functional projects and teams
  • Clear and good speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to manage your team’s multiple projects 
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and its challenges
  • Ability to develop a long-term vision of projects
  • Very good knowledge of IT Tech softwares and SaaS solutions
  • Some knowledge of IT Infrastructure is appreciated (system and network, cloud) but not mandatory

    • Responsibilities

  • Receive and prioritize internal teams’ requests
  • Specify the next features that need to be integrated into our different projects 
  • Create and manage the product backlog according to product teams requests
  • Animate and manage the SCRUM workflows, including sprint planning, review, retrospective, etc.
  • Support different teams in their service usage: create demonstrations, support documentation, etc.
  • Communicate actively on our different deliveries 
  • Bring forward ideas for the continuous improvement of our internal tools

    • Location

    This position can be either: - Based in our offices in Paris or Lille, partially/fully remote is possible.
