About the job

The team

The Corporate Communication team works with all teams across the company and plays a key role in ensuring all internal and external communications are of the highest quality. The team is made up of communication experts specialized in social networks, events, employer branding, PR, etc. As an Employer Brand Content Specialist, you will work on multiple projects simultaneously and need to work effectively both on your own and as part of a team.

The role

Scaleway strengthens its Corporate Affairs department with a “Junior Brand Content Intern” to join us in building the cloud of choice. You’ll work directly with our Corporate & Internal Communication Manager on all processes for internal communications.

Minimum qualifications

  • Native or bilingual English, with excellent writing skills
  • Experience in a similar role (traineeship or internship) and in creating videos
  • Passionate about the tech world, you know it’s codes
  • Good analytical mind, and like to synthesize information
  • Knowledge of Google Suite collaborative tools, design software, Wordpress
  • Autonomous: you don’t hesitate to search for the information you need (internet, internal collaborators, business experts, etc.)
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Tech-savvy - you find it easy to skill-up on software and tools (Sketch, Screenly etc.)
  • Good knowledge of the tech industry
  • You are enthusiastic, proactive, creative and eager to learn and discover the tech world
  • Responsibilities

  • Your work will directly impact the image of the company, both internally and also externally for applicants:
  • Content creation (posts, videos) to present the different roles within the company
  • Weekly communications (newsletters, digital content, Slack channels…)
  • Take part in creating different types of internal communication 
  • Actively participate in employer branding (social media)
  • Support internal events
  • Ensure Scaleway’s employee advocacy program works smoothly and efficiently
  • Understand data and KPI’s
