Emil began his career as a pre-sales engineer in the US for AirWatch, a US startup that later became the world leader in Mobile Device Management and was acquired by VMware in 2014.

During his 5 years as a pre-sales manager between the US, UK and Germany, he learned how to listen to customer challenges and translate them to resolve them with software.

Passionate about useful and scalable technology, he joined Julian, whom he met at university, to co-found Scaleflex in 2016 and build one of the most efficient R&D teams around. His goal is now to replicate this recipe for Sales and Marketing with the objective to always do more with less.

Julian has been immersed in the Startup world since his teenage years with the launch of the first student social network in 2004 at the age of 17 (Facebook was still a long way off).

With several experiences as a CTO and a business school degree (and yes...), he specializes in architecture and development of distributed systems with an obsession for scalability.

He launched Cloudimage as a side project in 2015 and then co-founded Scaleflex in 2016. Today he focuses on the architecture of backend systems and managed the Scaleflex backend with more than 200 servers.

After 8 years in Apple's Online Store division and 3 years in Airwatch's European sales management, Charles joined the Scaleflex adventure in 2016 alongside Julian and Emil, first as a commercial reinforcement and then as a Channel Business Developer.

With a passion for beautiful products and a foot in the dynamics of B2B Saas since 2013, Charles works to weave strategic partnerships (publishers, ISPs, integrators) to multiply the growth of Cloudimage over the next few years.

Laura has been surrounded by entrepreneurs since the beginning of her career: after starting as a recruiter for the most trendy tech startups, she joined Scaleflex in 2018 to cope with an international dimension and get to grips with the B2B SaaS market. Her main mission: building a solid Sales division!

Her day-to-day work is punctuated by portfolio management, new business, quoting, marketing strategies, channel, sales ops... Versatility leaves room for creativity and that allows us to challenge ourselves every week.

Franck joined Scaleflex as the company's first intern in 2016. Since then, he has evolved in skills and responsibilities from being a full-stack developer to a solution engineer with a focus on product management.

Today, he acts as product owner for various bricks of the Scaleflex stack and continues to support customers with their deployments.

Scaleflex is a B2B SaaS company developing Digital Asset Management and Media Acceleration solutions. Our mission is to load, store, organize, optimize, publish and accelerate all media assets (images, videos, static files such as JS and CSS files, etc.) for web or mobile app acceleration.

Scaleflex help R&D teams, marketers and content managers collaborate better and simplify recurring tasks involved in managing, optimizing and delivering media around the world. Cloudimage and Filerobot have attracted 500+ customers, from startups to major accounts, all over the world with a particular focus on Europe (Germany, France, UK) and the USA.

With no external funding, Emil, Julian and Charles have created a team of 29 passionate members, offering state-of-the-art image processing and asset management services for high traffic websites in E-Commerce, Real Estate or Online Media. As images are everywhere on both web and mobile, the potential is infinite: new markets are opening up every month (Artificial Intelligence, Metadata, CMS Plugins…).
