Reporting directly into our VP of HR, our People Projects Manager will be a key element in structuring our HR team, tools and processes.

Our aim is to decentralize people processes as much as we can. The PPM will work on building the structure to support our managers & employees to do just that :

• Own and enrich our HR playbooks & tools : values, talent acquisition, managers expectations…
• Benchmark, choose and implement our future HR Systems (currently : Hibob, Payfit & Notion)
• Coordinate highly impactful projects for the company : post-merger integrations, organization design…

Punctually you will offer some operational support on the HR fronts (HRBP, Talent Acquisition), to show solidarity with your teammates, or simply to keep in shape.

We are looking for an experienced HR practitioner who simply loves to challenge the status quo

• 5-8 years in HR operations or consulting
• Experience on implementation of an HRIS, ATS or similar is a plus
• Excellent communication skills : change comes when people feel inspired
• Capacity to think holistically about tools & processes.
• No need to think out of the box : there is no box.
