The position

Job description

The Strategic Partnerships & Business Development team is expanding with a Regional Account Executive to reinforce its business operations worldwide.

This mission is highly cross-functional and will work closely with the Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to execute the business strategy and close deals.

We are looking for someone with a technical expertise and experience in partnering with businesses involved with both crypto and fiat.

This job can be part time.

THE MISSION

  • Drive meaningful partnerships.

  • Identify partners and onboard them taking into account technical needs and requirements.

  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential partners and clients, including opportunity tracking, calls, and follow-up.

  • Identify new opportunities for the company via partner input and work collaboratively across all functions to scope our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.

  • Track, analyse, influence and communicate key metrics to build opportunities.


Preferred experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Business development

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing and operations

  • Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals and Defi
