Sales Manager, Medias
To pursue its strong development and reinforce its team, Rakuten Marketing France is looking for a Sales Manager!

Your role will be to ensure the commercialization of our Rakuten sister’s company solutions (Rakuten.TV, Rakuten France, Rakuten Viber, Rakuten Viki) in by identifying new strong potential advertisers and managing a digital agencies’ portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business development:
• Identifying the decision-makers and budget holders within each organization as well as their needs and new associated revenue opportunities.
• Creating relevant sales pitches to offer solutions adapted to prospects’/ clients’ problems.
• Presenting and advising projects to your interlocutors: Media Buyers, Clients Director, Advertisers.
• Finalizing the sales cycle by signing the contract and by coordinating the good delivery of products.
• Actively participating in the implementation of strategy and business intelligence (market evolution and competitive offer) to capitalize and winding up the relevant information to the sales team.
• Realizing a weekly reporting following your activities.

Account Management:
• Leading, with the Account Manager Team, interviews with the clients (Advertisers) to ensure the projects’ progress.
• Identifying any dysfunction and providing recommendations with the Account Manager and Business Intelligence teams.

Technical /functional expertise
• Business degree completed with a first significant successful experience in affiliation, display, video solutions.
• Understanding of the linear and/or premium digital/video sales
• Good understanding of the digital advertising industry value chain, specifically including programmatic buying models
• Robust analytical skills.

• Outstanding negotiation, sales and presentation skills
• Hands-on approach with can-do attitude; problem solving; resourceful; ensure constructive and creative accountability for actions.
Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomatic, persuasive, strong negotiating skills
• Regular senior level reporting and presentations
• Collaborative, inclusive
• Fluency in French required, Good level in English.
