🛠️ What You’ll Do
Drive product delivery at pace: prioritize initiatives, remove blockers, and ship solutions with real business and customer impact
Lead, coach, and scale the Product & Design team while fostering a high-performance mindset and a culture of clear ownership and accountability
Own product strategy and execution across platforms – including web, mobile, app, APIs, UX and booking flows as well as inventory systems
Work hand-in-hand with teams as Engineering, Data, Commercial and Customer Operations to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences based on company-wide OKR
Benefit from your strong commercial mindset and data-savviness for tackling the ongoing challenge of creating true customer value while driving monetization – especially in a growing portfolio of ancillaries
(Co)-own KPI — including CVR, CLV and other metrics that reflect product impact and business contribution
Build strong relationships across the business and beyond to align vision and execution — you are a connector and integrator
Represent product leadership confidently at both executive and external levels, combining structured insights with clear, high-impact communication
🔍 What You Bring
Proven experience as a VP or Head of Product (e.g. rail, mobility, travel, e-commerce, SaaS) with a strong track record of building product culture in growing, dynamic settings
Demonstrated ability to deliver product outcomes fast and at scale
A sharp commercial mindset – you are an expert in balancing product excellence with business needs
Strong track record in platform and API-based product ecosystems
Excellent leadership and people skills – you build teams that deliver and grow
Outstanding communicator and stakeholder manager – you inspire confidence and alignment
