The position

Job description

As Intern - HR Reporting, with the support of the Group Performance Management Lead and the Group Talent Lead, here is a preview of what type of work your days will include:

  • Carry out various studies or specific missions, directly linked to HR projects (harmonization of our Compensation & Benefit files/policies, harmonization of our employees datas, reporting on recruitment/onboarding/offboarding, performance)

  • Contribute to the definition of HR data and production of studies, analyses and indicators in support of the Talent team members :

    • Control and exploit data (production of dashboards to assist operational management, comparative analysis, etc.)

    • Ensure the reliability of data and control their consistency

    • Handle data visualization tools to help make raw datas more visual and propose ergonomic reporting

    • Ensure data checks on our HR Tools (HRIS and more)

  • Support HR projects follow-ups: deadlines, planning, presentations preparation


Preferred experience

You will be successful if:

  • You know about management control and reporting, applied to HR

  • You like to have some autonomy in your day-to-day activities

  • You have a natural sense for organization, time management and team spirit

  • You are curious and willing to know more about sustainability

  • You speak english fluently (another language is welcome : german, italian or french) and like to be part of an intercultural team
