The Lead Paid Acquisition Italy is in charge of driving our Italian Paid Acquisition team and strategy to reach our goals with a 7 digits budget on our various paid acquisition channels (Google Search, GDN, Youtube, Discovery, Performance Max, Bing, Outbrain, Facebook, Programmatic, Tiktok, Linkedin...).

As a Lead Paid Acquisition Italy, you’ll be managing a team of two Paid Acquisition Managers, you’ll be part of the global acquisition team.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Lead Paid Acquisition at Qonto, you will:

Manage the Italian paid acquisition team to ensure team alignment, people evolution, motivation, and growth;

Define our paid acquisition strategy, media mix, investment, and roadmap together with the team experts and managers;

Analyse performances, you will identify global insights - main wins, drops & opportunities - through regular performance analyses and clear dashboards & take actions from them;

Ensure quality of projects and meeting deadlines;

Foster teamwork with local, marketing, partnership, design, and sales teams.

🤝 About your future manager

Your manager will be Arthur, our Global Lead Paid Acquisition.

His path: He comes from Paris but has been living abroad most of his life (Ivory Coast and Spain), He came back to Paris for his studies and never left the French capital since. He has been working in the FinTech field for the last 6 years (Indy, Lemonway, and Qonto). Arthur has been part of Qonto almost since the beginning of the journey. He has been part of its hyper-growth and has experience in scaling a paid acquisition team.

What does he bring to the team? He will provide the perfect condition for continuous learning and improvement. His goal is for you to succeed to achieve your personal and company goals. 🏅About You

Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing- in an agency, a consulting firm or an advertiser. And at least 2 years managing;

Great team player: You love solving problems with your teammates and working closely with other functions such as Marketing & design, local markets, and sales;

Excellent analytical skills: You are a data-driven person fed by analysis but you know how to have creative ideas based on data insights;

Strong digital advertising skills: You master all types of advertising platforms: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Programmatic;

Languages: You speak English and Italian fluently. French, German or Spanish are a bonus;

Academic Background: You have a Master's from a Business or Engineering School or an equivalent degree.
