As part of our 20+ Acquisition team, the Outbound Demand Generation Manager will have the mission of defining Qonto’s target approach - especially to generate qualified leads for our Sales Teams.

The goal is to develop our lead generation strategy and contribute to defining all our processes, content creation, spread and scoring in order to create a lead generation machine in our 4 markets: France, Italy, Spain and Germany.

The position will be part of our Outbound Demand Generation team and will work closely with our Sales Team, Growth Engineers, our Branding & Community teams, and external resources for content. You will focus on our Spanish market 🇪🇸

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an Outbound Demand Generation Manager at Qonto, you will

Develop our lead generation strategy & roadmap: you will define our targeted persona in coordination with the sales team, our lead generation KPIs and projects in our Spanish market.

Implement the lead generation roadmap and campaigns: you will generate qualified leads through defined processes and global campaigns: content, event marketing, email nurturing and marketing automation. You will coordinate various stakeholders: content producers, growth engineers, business developers, traffic managers, etc. to deliver ambitious lead generation projects with clear goals, deadlines, cadences, and ownership.

Analyze performance: you will keep track of the performance of your actions and share with the sales team clear dashboards of qualified leads. You will identify the main drops in our workflows to improve them constantly.

Manage our database: you will manage our prospects' database and their evolution in their buyer journey. You will be in charge of enriching it with external resources to make prospects move forward & help salespeople close them.

Iterate to understand & serve our prospects: you will be the point of contact between our Sales and Key Account Management team and our prospects to improve our content & approach and to develop new ideas for campaigns to reach and nurture them.

🤝 Your future Manager

Your manager will be Clémence, who is in charge of our Global Outbound Demand Generation team.

Her background? After graduating from AgroParisTech and SciencePo, she lived a few months in NY before coming back to Paris where she started working on Digital Marketing Topics. She joined Qonto in 2019 and has been promoted to Team Leader in April 2021.

What she can bring to the team? She promotes autonomy and responsibility to bring out the best in each team member

🏅About You

Project management: you are well-organized in defining targets, milestones, & deadlines of a project involving many stakeholders and follow up on delivery and impact.

Analytical: you know how to deal with data and analyze the impact of your actions. With a data-driven mindset, you get and share insights to identify new opportunities, improve our workflows & plan actions.

Empathy: you listen to others carefully and have the ability to put you in other people’s shoes to help define their needs, objectives and objections (our clients, sales team, KAM).

Experience: You have at least 2+ year of experience with relevant experience in the Lead generation & B2B sector. Managing an international scope is a plus.

Mastery: You master at least one lead generation tool (marketing automation, nurturing, e-mailing, and workflows): Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot. Great knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

Languages: You speak both Spanish and English. French, Italian or German is a plus.
