Join our dynamic team as a Banking Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our financial operations. Navigate the complexities of legal financial processes to ensure seamless, risk-free banking experiences for our clients. You will work closely with Juliette, our Lead Banking Operations, and 3 other Qontoers.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Banking Operations Manager at Qonto, you will:

Oversee and respond to incoming alerts on accounts, ensuring all legal financial processes such as judicial liquidation and receivership are managed effectively.

Handle direct communications with legal representatives and external providers to maintain impeccable service and response times.

Collaborate with customer support teams, offering expert guidance and training on banking operation as needed.

Be responsible for managing the inbox with a 1-hour lead time and promptly addressing postal mail instructions.

Foster a team-oriented environment by working closely with your manager and peers, ensuring the sharing of knowledge and best practices.

- Analytical mindset & rigor: You have well-honed analytical skills to quickly elaborate on key findings, adapt to situations, and make decisions. Good Excel knowledge required.

- Customer Focus: With a strong orientation towards customer service, you're adept at responding to queries and training teams to enhance service delivery.

- Languages: You have perfect written and oral French and a good level of English.
