Job description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing product team on new products and features, from the idea stage to launch. Your main focus will be on our Mental Health app and content. To be successful in this role you should have a keen interest in healthcare, user experience and agile delivery. Your main responsibilities include gathering requirements, managing stakeholders, understanding customer needs, working with the design and development teams closely, prioritising the backlog, writing user stories and using data in your day to day decision making. Our ideal candidates would be excellent communicators, have a technical background, be passionate about digitally transforming healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision for our current (Mon Sherpa) and future mental health solutions.
  • Plan and prioritise roadmap in collaboration with the mental health clinical director
  • In partnership with the technical leaders, organise the work of the development and design team to iterate on outcomes and projects.
  • Use data and customer insight to drive decisions and enhancements
  • Collaborate with other teams across the organisation to reach mutual benefits and technology leverage.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Get involved in all stages of the product life cycle – from creative design, analysis, documentation right up to testing!

Preferred experience

Requirements

  • Proven ability balancing feedback from users with the business needs of the company and making the right trade-off decisions.
  • Experience working with software or development teams
  • General curiosity for user experience and crafting beautiful products
  • Proven product management experience in a high-growth, agile, tech environment.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Autonomy, can do attitude and a lot of empathy are required
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and ideally in the mental health industry is advantageous
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing and with chatbots is a plus
  • Fluent in English, , one additional European language is a strong plus
