Onboarding

Provepharm's onboarding process is one of their strengths.

During the first 6 months, as a new employee, you will have access to:

  • Compulsory presentations and training to help you understand the company's challenges, its players, the interactions and projects between departments, and your role in all this;
  • A smooth handover of your responsibilities ;
  • Setting objectives with your manager ;
  • Regular meetings with HR to share your views on their recruitment and onboarding processes, to validate your probationary period and to ensure your long-term commitment to the company;

Provepharm is an independent, international pharmaceuticals specialties company that leverages the potential of well-known molecules to develop innovative solutions that meet critical unmet hospital needs and help improve patients' lives.

It develops, manufactures and markets a range of products including antidotes and endoscopic and surgical dyes. Provepharm works closely with healthcare professionals and is committed to developing specific services to help them improve clinical practices.

With a team of over 160 employees in offices in France, the USA and the UK, the company distributes its products in over 25 countries worldwide and devotes between 20% and 25% of its revenues to R&D.

Provepharm strives daily to have a positive and significant social, societal and environmental impact in the performance of its activities: this is its purpose. In November 2023, it joined the very select club of pioneering pharmaceutical companies to be certified B Corp.
