As soon as she finished her studies as a Doctor of Pharmacy, Muriel left for Macao in Asia. Hired in the quality control laboratory of an active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) production site for about 2 years, she discovered life as an expatriate and professional in a very cosmopolitan environment which allowed her to develop a great open-mindedness. Back in France, she settled in the South of France and worked for about 10 years in a production site of API and pharmaceutical intermediates in quality assurance. She immediately took on the role of Interim Pharmacist-in-Charge and then Pharmacist-in-Charge for the pharmaceutical production workshop. In 2008, attracted by the need for a new challenge, she joined the young start-up Provepharm and put her experience in production at the service of the company to interact with subcontracted manufacturers. She evolved along with the company, creating the quality management system for active ingredients, then drugs and medical devices. In 2017, when the company obtained the status of Operating Pharmaceutical Establishment, she became Pharmacist-in-Charge. She is currently at the head of the quality department, which is composed of 4 employees who manage the continuous improvement process. Her leitmotiv: the respect of the requirements to the applicable referentials in the Health field. In her free time, she likes to enjoy her family, help others, welcome and listen to her friends during convivial moments.

Ismail is a Medical Affairs Officer. This employee, who came from the land of the distant sunset, has rapidly evolved within the company, moving from Regulatory Affairs Assistant to Medical Affairs Officer. A scientist with a critical mind, he is convinced that "Transversality is the key, and project management is the way": this is why he enjoys working transversally with several departments within the framework of new product development projects and for the updating of registration files. In this context, he is in charge of searching for relevant medical information and providing it to the different departments in order to integrate it into the regulatory files to respond to medical information requests. As a budding philosopher and gamer in his spare time, he uses his computer skills to implement new tools, useful to his activity and to the company. He shares the vision of the President of Provepharm, namely: "Feet on the ground, head in the stars", and evolves with his company in a spirit of mutual caring.

As pharmacist who completed her studies with a master's degree in management and business, Natacha chose the path of the pharmaceutical industry. At the end of 2012, she decided to work in Dublin, Ireland to gain international experience in marketing and medical information for several pharmaceutical companies. Back in France in 2017, she set up her own consulting company and continued to work with her former employer in Dublin, Novartis, as a freelancer and collaborated with new clients. In parallel to her activity, she obtained a university degree in Pharmacovigilance. In 2019, she joined Provepharm as an International Product Manager to reinforce the operational activities in marketing and prepare new launches. Her position evolved into Customer Centric Manager to develop service activities with healthcare professionals. Natacha is also in charge of product training. In her free time, she enjoys yoga and pilates, traveling and working on her apartment.

Born in the Reunion Island, Alix pursues his studies of bio-analysis and control in Marseille until 2012. As soon as he graduated, he chose to start his career in pharmaceutical companies in the region. Open to opportunities, he arrives in February 2020 at Provepharm as a laboratory technician in the analytical pole and is in charge of the practical transfer from R&D to production. Passionate about cooking and sports, life is always intense in his company.

Meet Joséphine, Quality Project Manager and CSR Officer

Joséphine is 31 years old and holds a Bachelor's degree in "Earth and Environmental Sciences" and a Master's degree in "Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE)". She has been working as a "Quality-CSR Project Manager" for the group for 7 years. She started as a Quality Assistant, then moved on to other areas such as safety and CSR. Joséphine masters the implementation of management systems but what she prefers is "Transferring". Already a member of the company's CSR committee, Joséphine is passionate about "Zero Waste" and takes the initiative to put her personal practices at the service of her company, which gives her carte blanche. Creative and curious, she likes to discover new areas of expertise, both professionally and personally.

Provepharm is a French international and independent pharmaceutical laboratory, working on molecule revitalization. With 25 years of experience in R&D, the company relies on the expertise of more than 100 collaborators based in France (Marseille) and in the United States (Philadelphia).

In addition, the company acquired in October 2018 a French pharmaceutical laboratory, specialized in peptides, to further diversify, and has controlled part of its production since 2019, thanks to the inauguration of its own Pilot. Since 2020, the Group has switched to direct distribution on the French territory, and will continue to develop this model on an international level, in particular through the recent acquisition of a company in the United States, specializing in sterile injectable products with high added value. Today, Provepharm offers a range of hospital products and is the leading dye manufacturer in Europe.
