The position
Job description
You will support Erell our HR Manager on recruitement tasks :
- Definition of the need in partnership,
- Broadcasting of advertisements,
- Pre-selection of profiles,
- Call interviews,
- Coordination of the recruitment process with managers and monitoring of candidates.
Preferred experience
- You are a student with 4/5 years of higher education and are looking for an internship for a gap year or graduation,
- You have already completed a first internship in human resources, ideally in recruitment,
- You want to learn within a growing company,
- You know how to organise yourself to work independently,
- Very well organized and autonomous,
- Excellent redactional skills in both French and English.
