The position

Job description

We'e offering a fantastic career opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator (6-months internship) to join our

Talent Acquisition team.

You'll work directly with our candidates, our recruiters, and our hiring teams to plan, coordinate, and schedule a seamless interview process.

What you will do

  • Own and drive interview scheduling in close partnership with our recruiters (EMEA and AMER)
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system (Lever) and our TA database up-to-date
  • Advertise and review our jobs and help improve our employer branding strategy
  • Support TAMs on their administrative duties (contracts, immigration, etc.)
  • Generate weekly & monthly reports of our recruiting activity
  • Share, learn and work hand-to-hand with the People Team to help generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business

  • You are organized, with great attention to detail: you've run projects where you've had to manage a lot of details
  • You understand how to prioritize tasks and build out a weekly schedule
  • You are good with tools and (ideally) have some familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems
  • You are a great communicator (verbally and in writing)
  • You are outgoing and enthusiastic and can easily adapt to any situation
  • Your are fluent in English
