We are looking for a dynamic Growth and CRM Optimization intern to join our forward-thinking team and help us advance our mission.

As a Business Development & Customer Relationship Management Optimization Intern, you will support the growth strategy of the company by contributing to both customer acquisition efforts and the transition to a new CRM system. You’ll help streamline client interactions, enhance prospecting workflows, and ensure our CRM is aligned with our business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the mapping and documentation of sales funnel and customer acquisition.

  • Assist the Marketing and Sales team in the choice and implementation of a new CRM system enabling marketing automation.

  • Participate in the migration of data from the current CRM/spreadsheets to the new system.

  • In collaboration with marketing team, design CRM dashboards and reports for tracking KPIs such as lead conversion rates and sales cycle time.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design and implement a customer acquisition workflow that drives lead generation.

  • In collaboration with Sales, conduct market research to identify potential clients, sectors, and partners.

Preferred experience

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Basic proficiency in WordPress.

  • Strong interest in business development, sales operations, or CRM tools.

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
