CIBILTECH develops predictive health software solutions in transplantation and is looking for a Key account Manager to contribute to the development and deployment of Cibiltech’s products.

Our artificial intelligence-based technology allows nephrologists to evaluate the probabilities and causes of kidney transplant loss for each patient. This personalized follow-up allows doctors to adapt treatments accordingly in order to prolong the graft survival. This will allow the patient to live better and longer, as well as better management of human and financial resources for hospitals and health systems.

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to develop our newly created Germany subsidiary. Moreover, you will ensure the effective introduction of our products on the German market. You will also work closely with internal departments such as Clinical Development, Product Implementation, Clinical Education, Field Operations, Customer Service and Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance to achieve set business goals.

Sales

  • Analyze the German market and identify sales opportunities for our innovative software medical devices
  • Define optimal sales and branding strategies by working closely with various internal departments
  • Understand and detect the needs of hospitals, healthcare professionals, nurses and patients
  • Support market access in Germany and contribute to the identification and obtention of specific reimbursement pathways or grants opportunities
  • Produce and monitor an action plan for the German deployment, analyze results and performance indicators and write annual reports

On-boarding and support

  • Support hospitals in the implementation and integration of our products in their daily life, being their contact person and training them in its use, in particular through the organization of meetings and the production/translation of documentation (brochures, flyers, manuals …) and other content
  • Ensure a trusting relationship with hospitals, healthcare professionals and partners, and guarantee satisfaction with Cibiltech's products.
  • Develop a loyalty strategy for hospitals and other health actors.
  • Manage feedback and complaints expressed by healthcare professionals, patients and administrative staff in compliance with Cibiltech’s policies and processes.

Product

  • Analyze the user experience and propose ways of improvement and corrective or preventive actions
  • Participate in the improvement of the platform and the services provided to hospitals and other health actors.

Clinical

  • Contribute to the Post-Market Clinical follow-up
  • Contribute to the realisation of clinical studies in German centers by coordinating dedicated research assistants

Operations

  • Manage the subsidiary office and specific administrative tasks with the support of the French office manager.
  • Ensure a regular technological and competitive watch

YOUR PROFILE

With a technical, medical or commercial background, you have a good experience in a similar position or in the management of commercial relations in the medical sector. Proven experience in selling to medical teams or accompanying transplant patients will be highly appreciated.

Knowledge and technical skills required:

  • Master’s degree
  • 5+ years’ experience within marketing role, clinical development and/or sales
  • Proven track record in sales implementation
  • Experience with medical devices/software is preferred
  • International experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
  • Demonstrate empathy, enthusiasm and curiosity to achieve objectives
