Your mission
As a Channel Sales Specialist, you will, in collaboration with the Sales Manager, shape the strategy and manage execution of programs that drive partner profitability. Your mission will be to identify new partners, develop the Poltoc’s ecosystem across several types of businesses, build relationships with key stakeholders and fuse innovations within the firm thanks to creative and strategic Alliances:

  • Identify, recruit and on-board strategic partners
  • Create and drive a channel territory plan with your field sales counterparts
  • Create and execute partner business plans
  • Promote partner training, external awareness and implement KPIs for channel partners
  • Build strong relationships with Potloc’s sales team
  • Engage new partners to build awareness for Potloc, generate qualified leads, and drive new business
  • Monitor, analyze and report performance and numeric indicators such as pipeline, deal registrations and revenue
  • Act as a liaison between partners and the various functions within Potloc from sales to marketing and operations
  • Coordinate with channel marketing to optimize events, communications, and sales tool leverage

Preferred experience

  • 2+ years of channel or indirect sales experience is required or strategic sales
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience building relationships and executing campaigns with channel value added resellers, technology partners, and consulting firms
  • Highly motivated, with a proven track record in expanding channel sales and marketing success

  • Self-directed and able to translate broad directives into useful tactics and meaningful activities
  • Articulate, persuasive, communicator. Commands the room, handles executive and difficult audiences well
  • Readily adapts style and message appropriately to audience and circumstance
  • Excellent at impromptu communication during complex discussions.
