We’re looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead and elevate our global SEO strategy and significantly boost PlayPlay’s organic revenue.
As part of the Marketing team, you will work closely with Content, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to accelerate organic traffic growth, enhance search visibility, and position PlayPlay as the leading video platform across our key markets (France, UK, Germany, and the United States).
You’ll lead the SEO function, managing an SEO Manager and a network of external resources. You’ll report to Olivier, Marketing Director.
This is a pivotal role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with deep expertise in B2B SEO and a strong track record of scaling organic performance internationally.
MISSIONS 💪
Define and execute PlayPlay’s SEO strategy and roadmap across four key markets, with a strong focus on increasing organic-driven revenue.Continuously optimize and scale our existing SEO engine, focusing on the three core pillars: Technical SEO, Content (Semantic SEO), and Link Building — including content pipelines, technical audits, link acquisition strategies, website conversion, and management of SEO partners.Identify and launch innovative growth initiatives with high potential impact — such as preparing for the evolution of LLM-driven search experiences or scaling SEO to new languages and markets.Build and improve SEO performance tracking and reporting systems — enhancing processes, tools, and routines to better communicate the impact of SEO across the team and organization.Collaborate closely with Content, Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to drive and execute SEO-led content initiatives.Own and manage SEO resources and budget with full autonomy (1 FTE, 1 intern, freelancers, and tool stack).WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ⭐

5+ years of experience in SEO, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environmentStrong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.Strong proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4Proven track record of driving organic growth at scale, with experience in managing teams and resources.Comfortable navigating between strategic planning and hands-on executionExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishBonus: experience working on international/multilingual SEOABOUT YOU 💖
