Job description

As we are growing really fast, being more structured is key to PlayPlay’s success. We are on the hunt to find our first Legal Manager to help us build the perfect team 🤩

You will have to provide close support to all teams to seize opportunities and secure the business!
Your mission will be to advise a variety of stakeholders (within the Sales, Tech, Finance & People Team) drafting and negotiating strategic contracts, reviewing operations, launching new countries.

YOUR MISSIONS 💪

Business

  • Manage our Terms & Conditions across our different geographies to ensure we are compliant with local regulations and work with our Product & Tech team to implement required changes identified as part of your work.
  • Support our business team by providing them with legal advice & documentation (Commercial contracts, NDA, Advice on Payment Terms questions, etc.).
  • Review products, features, and initiatives to provide advice consistent with legal and regulatory obligations of PlayPlay in multiple jurisdictions.

Preferred experience

YOU’RE THE PERFECT MATCH IF… 🎯

  • You have 3+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier law firm or as a lawyer in a tech company (start-up/scale-up).
  • You have strong academic credentials and master’s in French or European law.
  • Your work experience includes legal support to a Saas Tech company with a focus on business law matters.
  • Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in both French & English.
